Hello Frank, Thanks a lot for the help. The OOo version I am using is downloaded from www.openoffice.org only. As for the second question you have asked, I will have to try implementing this but the problem is my license key for the ODBC driver has expired so I cannot work on this right now. I have asked for another key and I will get back to you as soon as I am done with it.
