Scenario - Base is setup to connect to a local MySQL database and to
remember the user name and password. ( it does not prompt for these )
Attempting to connect to when the server can not be reached ( in this
case because I did not start it first ) a message box:
The connection the data source "mysql_native" could not be established.
Can not connect to MySQL server on "localhost" ( 10061 )
with only an OK button displayed. Clicking OK or closing the message box
with the system menu attempts to connect again and again displays the
message box...this continues in an endless loop until either OO.o is
killed or the server is started up so that a connection can be established.
