It is the night for multiple emails it seems, please forgive me.

I really didn't mean to be a smart ass with that posting.

Resources and time are finite - I understand the issue.

Different stakeholders have differing priorities - I understand that also.

Can I help by coding any of these - sadly I don't think so.

But I can help in other ways:
The specification process - experience using quite similar methodologies as those employed here. QA - I have a working build environment here now, understand the EIS tool fairly well ( I believe), the use of CWSs and CVS. Experience ( a little stale, granted ) running unit test and enough C++ experience to make it worthwhile, enough to catch and maybe even fix obvious errors - or at least flag them down to a reasonably narrow area in the code.

In other words, resource requirements are not just for coding and if there is one of these features ( looking at the first one on the list there..*smile) that a developer is willing to take on, I am willing to contribute in the supporting areas where I can and wherever you could use some help.
