FYI - I completely stopped the distribution of the extension for the moment.
Getting into last night I found that SRB reports cause the same problem also, just not as much memory is allocated but never released - or at least so it seesms..
TO BE CLEAR - there is no problem running either type of report from the Base window, it is only if one launches the reports using a Basic script where the ODB file is not explicitly opened first.
