That was exactly what I was looking for.  It seems the query does
exactly what I was thinking of.  I must remember only to modify the
query accordingly and then remember to place my arguments in between %
signs.

This is to say that anything that doesn't totally match the criteria,
meaning, unless the record has 'depression AND hypertension' the
record would not be returned so a record only having depression would
be missed.  This is acceptable since I would only be working on
gathering all medications for one disease process at a time.
Presumably, I'd only be entering one argument (disease) at a time.

In any case thank you very much for your help.  I had an idea it would
have something to do with the "Like" string but was unclear on how to
implement it.
