P.S. Can i read somewhere how to use mail list? I can only view in with
my browser on http://dba.openoffice.org/ and i can write to it with my
e-mail client. But how can I make a REPLY on some message? I simply
copy-paste it from my browser... it's not comfortable to use it that
way. It's the first time I use mail list, so I ask you to help me with
that

Now, the answers:

I have downloaded mysql extension for OOo from here:
http://forge.mysql.com/wiki/Connector_OpenOffice

My system is:

> Linux d09l2165 2.6.24-gentoo-r3 #12 SMP Fri May 23 16:20:58 EEST 2008 x86_64

OOo build 2.4.0.13
OOo was compiled from sources with gentoo emerge utility - it simplifies
the process of building software from sources.

There was no info about architechture requirements, only OS Linux and OOo
version 2.4 was required. So, if it's really a 32 bit driver, there MUST be
some notice.

Best regards,
