Hello Frank, I poked around Query and Hu langpack, unistalled, all installed Ru version of OOo and Hu langpack, it caused crash see: 93766. I submitted several translation error in Hu langpack, which touch base part. 93767, 93765.
HU langpack caused change in en installation 93764. I think The query issue connected to this mess in Hu langpack or in source code handling around Hu settings. I uninstalled Hu langpack above Ru, it required computer restart. I removed all, installed en_US, and Hu langpack, same results.
