Hi,
just tried the new Base in the following workspace
OOO 3.0 release
Aqua-build
Leopard 10.5.5 on Intel Mac
MySQL 5.0.67
JDBC 5.16
And bumped into two problems:
- Autoincrement doesn't work properly
- While the autoincrement-value is incremented on the server this is
not reflected in the table-row, thus Base claims the row can't be
saved because there is no value in the auto-increment field. After
canceling and reopening the table one finds that the row was actually
saved.
- If I call a stored procedure from a query to display a table, this
does work when I run the query directly from the main base window.
If I open the query first in the editor and run it by clicking the
check-button, the table doesn't display above the sql-editor as this
happens with normal select queries.
Another less clear problem:
- After defining a table it seems not possible to reedit the table-
properties. Not sure whether this occures all the time or only under
certain circumstances...
