It's been awhile but finally managed to put a couple of hours free time
into the Report Runner extension again.
I would like to re-release it but first would like to get a couple of
people to act as testers.
The changes to the extension are fairly simple:
When a report is opened to the screen the ODB file is now always
explicitly opened in a HIDDEN frame.
A listener is setup for the 'document close' event on each opened report.
When a report window is closed the code checks to see if there are any
other open windows for the odb file AND if it's frame is still HIDDEN -
if so the odb file is explicitly closed.
Reports can now be run from un-registered odb files using a file picker
dialog.
Multiple reports can be selected for printing or opening to the screen
as a single group.
