Ok, OK - I'm getting old and senile

Where exactly are the steps required to add a trigger to an embedded 
HSQL database documented - along with an example?

Specifically, this is regarding the changes made to OO.o requiring that 
this be an extension now.

It's fine if the info referenced is not in English.
