Thanks so much - Egidio your tip works perfectly.
However I don't seem to be able to insert a control?
In the for navigator I select the form I want (so in the navigator it is 
surrounded by a blue box). I go to the toolbar and click on insert -> 
fields.
They are all greyed out (including "other"). What am I missing / doing 
wrong?

An aside - I couldn't find these tips / solutions in the Help files - 
how would I find the answer without the support from this mailing list?
