Can any body check issue:

Form controls, "Help text" properties on general tab, not working on
winXP and rpm based linux version (opensuse 10.3), but works on deb
version on ubuntu.
I Just checked on standalone writer form and on it is same, not showing
help text when move over mouse pointer.
Or only with my installations wrong?
It works in 3.0.1, in 310m4,m5 and m6 not working.
