2)If i create a Report with a time field by Insert/Date and Time in
the Page Footer or Page Header, the Report will generate with the
time correct, but it goes back after a few seconds to 00:00. If i
put the same in a header or detail section, the time will stay.
Uhm, don't have time right now to check, but to my knowledge, there's no
such issue, yet, so please file one. Since you usually provide very good
reports, I'm confident I can reproduce it easily :)

I tried in several report, and the results:
Newly created file with 310m7 and SRB 1.1.0 Beta3 - no problem with
time.(In report footer and in page footer)
Old files with created in SRB when time bug was present, shows 00:00 in
page footer, independently from inserting date.
If I open it with existing filed in page footer, for edit, run it time
not changing 00:00, I delete time field, saved changes, added time
filed back,
run report, time goes back to 00:00.
I think, with newly created reports no problems, not needs for opening
issue again.
It is up to you Ulf, if you find another results.
