Hi Drew,

Well my question is simply this - It seems to me that there is very
little interest in using Javascript for scripting in OO.o compared to
Basic - am I mis-perceiving the situation?

Anyone know of any reason why that is?

A bad IDE vs. a very very bad IDE?

Ciao

althought to be honest besides the IDE I think that the scripting of Javascript is not well implemented, by that I mean that the services and scripting framework is more loosely implemented. Similar to PyUNO, I would like to see a framework or middle layer to abstract some of the API services to produce a lot with small code lines. Just like Python should always do.
