Hi all, I've installed the beta 1.1.0 mysql native connector on my macbook. When I try to set up a database connection using the wizard, I can proceed through the wizard steps until I try to test the connection, or alternatively, after registering the ODB, I try and connect with a password (all of my mysql connections are password protected). I systematically get an error saying that the "connection from myhost has been refused for user myuser". The only difference in the proposed setup made by the wizard is that I've configured port 3307 for my connection to my mysql server (which is the port it is accessible on).
I do not get this error with either the JDBC connector or the ODBC connector which work just fine with the same setup. Is this a known problem ? Is it a Mac only problem ?
