This sounds like issue 103266, a bug in the underlying storage
implementation, which in hard-to-reproduce circumstances corrupts the
document file. The issue is fixed in CWS dba32f, which will be
integrated in m58.

This particular file probably cannot be repaired, unless you manually
extract/move/copy sub streams/folders from the ZIP package to another .odb.
