I just tried to open your attachment to the new issue, but the database
includes one report, only. No tables, no queries at all. Perhaps did you
use an external source?

Well, "[Imponibile]<>0", in your example database, should do - it does
very well in the conditional formatting dialog, so it can't be too wrong
... So, this indeed sounds like a problem with the conditional print
expression.
I took the liberty to attach a slightly modified version of your
