You can use them simultaneously. What is not possible is to have one .odb database showing tables from different "external" databases. But within Calc, you can access as many .odb databases as you want. Ok great, thanks frank, I am implementing this in Basic so I am ok with not touching Base at all. I am doing connections straight from the DatabaseContext UNO service. I was afraid creating multiple connections will corrupt an earlier connection.
