Hello OpenOffice Team, i'm having a little problem importing ms access databases into base of OOO. I've downloaded the manual of John MCCreesh (file name: ms-access.sxw). Unfortunately he is referring to some menu items (as well as the OOO help) which i can't find nowhere in the menu.
In the point "Creating a Data Source within OOo" he tells you to select Tools --> Data sources. However, the menu item datau source can´t be found in nowhere. Until now I just managed to import tabels of access files. Querries are stored as tabels as well and my forms and report are not transferred to base. Would you be so nice and tell me how to find the above mentione menu item, in order to continue with the manuel or could you tell how to import access files with all --> tables, querries, forms, makros (respectively the makros i've written in vba), and reports!! thank you very much for your help, christian Diese Nachricht erhalten Sie von einem Studierenden der IMC Fachhochschule Krems.
