Wahrscheinlich hast du, ohne es zu merken; <shift><alt> gedrückt. Mit diesen Tasten kannst du wechseln zwischen den Tastatur-Layouts oder über dei Eingabgebietschema-Leiste in der Taskleiste (neben 'DE').
