Kann ich bei OOo 3.3.0 nicht bestätigen, dort funktioniert z.B. HH:MM;[ROT]HH:MM problemlos, ebenso natürlich auch sowas wie: HH:MM "Std.";[ROT]"./." HH:MM "Std." .
