OK, 2.3.1 version of this archetype has been released and should show up in
Central in a few hours... I realized late that Restlet does not publish
their artifacts to central, so this time I updated the archetype POM to
include a "repositories" setting which will pull restlet artifacts from
maven.restlet.org...

In addition, this version is using Restlet 2.3.1, DeltaSpike 1.2.1, and
WeldSE 2.2.9.Final...

mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=com.zanclus.codepalousa
-DarchetypeArtifactId=deltaspike-restlet-archetype -DarchetypeVersion=2.3.1

FYI, if you have a maven settings.xml, you may have to disable it in order
to use the restlet repository.

Cheers!
