[ApacheDS] OSGi and Quartz

I'm trying to figure out what it would take to extend ADS to work for 
us. How would one build a plugin for ADS? My guess would be OSGi, but I 
can't tell if that is implemented or not in a released version. Does the 
command line tool to load data in still exist? We will also need to run 
jobs on a schedule. It would appear that the Quartz Scheduler has been 
implemented, but that isn't clear either.
