numericStringOrderingMatch does not exist

I am unable to create a new attribute with a  numericStringOrderingMatch 
MR using ApacheDS studio Schema editor 1.4.  Is this  MR missing in 
ApacheDS 1.5.4 or  Schema Editor 1.4? Is there any work around for this?
