You can tune the log4j.property file to remove those messages. Or you
can even turn them to OFF completely :
log4j.rootCategory=OFF, stdout, R

or add this line at the end :
log4j.logger.org.apache.directory.server.core.entry.DefaultServerAttribute=OFF
