Looking for LDAP v2 support

[Ado Dao]

Some clients sends only LDAPv2 bindings. But ApacheDS does not accept LDAPv2 
connections.

ERROR handlers.BindHandler| ERR_162 Bind error : Only LDAP v3 is supported
