ENTRY_ALREADY_EXISTS issue

When we try to add missing entries on ldap, it is giving following error:

: ERR_250_ENTRY_ALREADY_EXISTS uid=abc....@abcxyz.com,ou=people,o=org already 
exists!]; remaining name 'uid=abc....@abcxyz.com,ou=people,o=org' 

But we could not get the entry when we search through studio either in groups 
or in people.

Is there a way to add such kind of entries in ldap?
