We are trying to develop auditing scripts for our ACIs. So we want to get a list of all the ACIs of an OU, similar to what is returned by:
$ ldapsearch -h host -p port -D cn=admin,cn=Administrators,cn=config -w password -b entryDN -s base "(objectclass=*)" aci We were hoping to use the ACI methods in the LDAP API for this, but it sounds like they might not be appropriate? __________________________________________ Emily Strong Identity Services Specialist, Information Technology Services Northeastern University 360 Huntington Ave. Mail Stop: 231-177, Boston MA 02115 O: 617-373-6647 C: 617-816-4735 [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> ________________________________ From: Strong, Emily Sent: Tuesday, November 8, 2016 9:59:09 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Users Guide ACI question This is hopefully a basic question - how do you read the list of ACIs from an OU? In our groovy scripts for managing users we follow the pattern: ldap = LDAP.newInstance(<host>,<user>,<pwd>) ldap.eachEntry(<filter>,<ou>, SearchScope.ONE) { } Is there an equivalent to eachEntry for ACIs? __________________________________________ Emily Strong Identity Services Specialist, Information Technology Services Northeastern University 360 Huntington Ave. Mail Stop: 231-177, Boston MA 02115 O: 617-373-6647 C: 617-816-4735 [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> ________________________________ From: Strong, Emily Sent: Monday, November 7, 2016 2:14:30 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Users Guide ACI question Hi, In the Java API Users Guide,<http://directory.apache.org/api/user-guide.html> the ACI and ACLs section says that it is coming soon but it has said that for a while now. Is there a draft version available somewhere?
