11.
We haven't yet validated Java 14.

In the meantime I have:
- Created the Temp folder in
"C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\"
- Added JAVA_HOME=D:\Program Files (x86)\OpenJDK
But it still does not work.
