it has nothing to do with Studio. I don't know which LDAP server you are
connected to, but know that they have their own limit on how many
entries they will return. Typically, for OpenLDAP, it's set to 1000.
You have to check the configuration of your LDAP server to increase this
limit (which may be associated to the user).
