Sorry Rajesh, but there is no support available on DPDK for the C2xxx 
QuickAssist device.
DPDK PMDs start from the DH895xCC device. 
If you contact your Intel field rep or get in touch with me directly with 
details of your use case we can help you to find a QuickAssist device which 
satisfies your acceleration requirements and is supported on DPDK.
