DPDK 20.08, select drivrs to build

Hello!

 I working with the DPDK 20.08. I'm need to build a reduced set of PMD drivers 
for network devices.
 Is there a way to select what driver (-s) will be built?
 I cannot use meson and -Ddisable_drivers.
