[mlx5] Replication of multicast packets to multiple ports via rte_flow rule

Hello,

I have checked that Mellnaox only allows single port_id action in the rte_flow 
rule. But the question is how does the mlx5 implement multicast replication for 
a large number of ports via rte_flow rules?
