There was a power failure and the leaf's BIOS had not been set up
to power-on automatically when the power came back. Leaf's hardware
was recently replaced. Also the PDU power cycler lost its mind, but
that's a different issue.
I'll fix that today as well as get Leaf's IPMI set up.
