Dear folks, I have updated pkgsrc and it still wanted to install firefox 19.0.2 and then it said that there were vulnerablities, I just added it with pkg, I logged out and logged back in and machine rebooted, did not know what triggered this.
At login screen I see: Starting moused:moused: unable to open /dev/psm0: No such file or directory . It is a usb mouse and I can try to see which device it is using dmesg, and then uncomment it from /etc/rc.conf ? Device is uhid0 by virtue of unplugging and replugging it in. uhid0: detached uhid0: <Microsoft Microsoft Optical Mouse with Tilt Wheel, class 0/0, rev 2.00/1.20, addr 2> on uhub6 > Best Regards, Antonio On Thu, May 9, 2013 at 6:38 AM, Antonio Olivares <[email protected]> wrote: > Dear sir, > > I cd'ed to /usr/ and ran > # make pkgsrc-update > and I get > > cd /usr/pkgsrc && git pull > fatal: Unable to look up git.dragonflybsd.org (port 9418) (hostname > nor servname provided, or not known) > *** Error code 1 > > Stop. > make: stopped in /usr > # > > If it starts up, after this, is there a tool like portmaster here? > i.e, one that updates all ports on the ports tree? > > BTW, > > I am tracking stable repo 2013-Q1 in case it is important. > > Best Regards, > > > Antonio > > On Wed, May 8, 2013 at 9:17 PM, Justin Sherrill > <[email protected]> wrote: >> Adding firefox from the URLs above will work the same for you as >> building it - just won't take as long.
