I've put together a page with my results running comprehensive tests on six different consumer M.2 NVMe devices.
http://apollo.backplane.com/DFlyMisc/nvme_randread.txt My quick summary... Samsung still has the best offering, but the new Plextor M8Pe is solid. The MyDigitalSSD is interesting but read my warnings. And I do not recommend the Toshiba OCZ, WD Black, or Intel 600P M.2 devices at all. -Matt
