Hello I'm using DragonFly as a jupyterhub server, installed the hub and compute parts into different venv-s. For fortran, just do
# pkg install gcc8 # ln -s /usr/local/bin/gfortran8 /usr/local/bin/gfortran or the same for gcc9. Then install sklearn with pip into your (compute) venv.
