Hello Feyiso, it seems the code cannot find the numa library to link against at the end.
Assuming your are running a Debian (or Ubuntu/Mint/similar) Linux distribution you should be able to install the needed file like so: su -c 'apt-get install libnuma-dev' or sudo apt-get install libnuma-dev Some questions on what you did though (so that we can try and improve the tutorials): * I am not sure why the lines about "Makefile:255: target `debian.sh' given more than once in the same rule." are shown. If you still remember, could you provide the simfactory setup-silent or simfactory setup and also the simfactory build line you used? As well as the output of "ls -l /home/fayo/Cactus/configs/"? * did you follow any of our published tutorials? Ie one of: - https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/nds-org/jupyter-et/blob/master/CactusTutorial.ipynb - https://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Simplified_Tutorial_for_New_Users * if possible, please provide the file /home/fayo/Cactus/configs/sim/config-info Yours, Roland > while build configuration sim I get the attached error in sim.out > > Please my dear help me!!!! > > > > *With Best Regards!!!* > *-------------------------------------------------------------------* > > *Feyiso Sado Bedecha (PhD), Student* > *Addis Ababa University, Department of Physics* > *Cell Phone: +251910626090 <%2B251911089463>* > *E-mail: [email protected] <[email protected]>* > *P.O.Box: 1176* > *Ethiopia* > > On Wed, Jul 11, 2018 at 8:00 PM, <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Send Users mailing list submissions to > > [email protected] > > > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit > > http://lists.einsteintoolkit.org/mailman/listinfo/users > > or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to > > [email protected] > > > > You can reach the person managing the list at > > [email protected] > > > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific > > than "Re: Contents of Users digest..." > > > > > > Today's Topics: > > > > 1.
