Successful applicants will work with Assistant Professor Daniel Siegel <https://www.perimeterinstitute.ca/people/daniel-siegel> on numerical simulations of compact binary mergers and associated electromagnetic counterparts. One position will be linked to the Canadian Astroparticle Physics Research Institute (Arthur B. McDonald Institute <https://mcdonaldinstitute.ca/>) and explore the interface of neutron star mergers and neutrino physics.
