Hello Abhishek, we have seen issues with GitHub in the past where it would return an empty repository for the ExternalLibraries repositories.
You can check if the directories: arrangement/ExternalLibraries/BLAS etc are empty. If you, you can re-run the GetComponents line and respond with "yes" when it asks you if it should update existing repositories.
