        Yosef: not major task coming soon. BBH gallery tester still missing. 
FLRW solver and updated Baikal will not be included in the release.
Roland: Docker images test, Steve is taking care of.
Testsuite: Roland ran and update the testsuite 
status<http://einsteintoolkit.org/testsuite_results/index.php> , he made some 
fixes for LSU machine. Frontera is the big system missing, looking for 
volunteer to do it.
Expanse has a great number of failures.
Peter is running the test suite of the machine in Stockholm.

Leo: Participants that don’t require financial support were notified to pay the 
registration fee. 120 registered in total 25 in person. Financial support will 
be discuss in the next scientific organizing committee call.  Leo will notify 
the 15 people that requested financial support that they will receive news  
after the registration deadline (May 1st).

          Leo spotted a problem with old thorns, if you use carpetIOHDF5 with 
the option “one file per group” and specify only one of the group’s variable 
the run crashes.
          Leo will create the ticket and provide the parfile that crashes.

Steve: Eric proposed a presentation on how to install dependencies using spack 
in HPC systems. Steve and Eric could present in the ET seminar slots. A 
tentative date is May 5th.
