Here are the minutes for today’s meeting.
Present: Steve (Chair), Leo (Minutes), Peter, Zach, Erik, Lucas, Roland,

** Upcoming ET Release **
- NewRadX: no updates.
- BHaHAHA: working in the toolkit again, doing some final tuning. Will be
officially proposed for inclusion after APS (March).
- CCE code hookup to Spectre: no news, but meeting tomorrow. Being tested.
- FLRWSolver modules: no updates, Roland will ping the champion.
- Canuda (Axi-dilaton) gallery example: done, already on the webpage.
- Other gallery examples are postponed.
** Unanswered Question On Mailing List **
- No new questions. Lucas reached out to user asking for help in Portuguese,
but has received no reply.
** Open Tickets and Tickets Ready For Review **
- #2626: Multipole is not OpenMP parallelized. Zach will review.
- #2851: Remove explicit declaration of Cray pointer variables, needs review.
- #2852: CST used to accept multiple groups with different capitalizations.
- #2820: NewRadX boundary condition conflicts with symmetry condition. Waiting
for CI to pass before merging.
- #2843: Update FFTW3 to 3.3.10. Needs review.
- #2840: Supplement rather than supersede auto-guessed data with gsl-config.
** Workshops **
- 2025 NA workshop, expected to happen in June, will be hosted by UT Austin.
- Roland will reach out regarding European one.
- The ET website contains a webpage with guidelines on how to host a workshop.
