Looking at the log files the issue seems to be a missing function or similar in the ADIOS library that openPMD expects to find. If this is on the Einstein Toolkit tutorial server (https://etk.cct.lsu.edu) could you try again starting from scratch, please? Namely delete the configs directory before you start. There were some updates to the tutorial server system that may not fix this issue.
