Redirijo este correo que me parece interesante ya que esta persona blogea
sobre una universidad en Chile (Pontifica Universidad Catolica de Chile) y
habla sobre OpenDocument Format y su relacion con la universidad en
Massachusetts.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned on this list yet. I
picked up the following info from Sam Hiser's blog entry titled
"Jens Hardings (Chile) Enters the ODF Discussion!"
"Dr. Jens Hardings, working at Pontificia Universidad Católica de
Chile, is blogging about FLOSS and open standards from Hombros de
Gigantes (Shoulders of Giants). Jens says Chile has similar
requirements as Massachusetts..."
From Jens's blog entry, "Document Formats in Chile": "...the
Microsoft XML document format does not satisfy the minimal
requirements..." The documents he refers to (Supreme Decrees 77
and 81) are available in Spanish only. He provides links.
