There hasn't been a release yet, so you either need to build from
our svn repository. If you don't want to do that and just want the
binary, you can download it from the snapshot repo here:

This is the latest snapshot of the "main" subproject. Just rename it
to "felix.jar" and use it to replace your existing one.
