It's weird because after using Private-Package, my manifest looks like this:
Export-Package: com.mycompany.myapp.impl;uses:="com.mycompany.myapp",
com.mycompany.myapp
Private-Package: com.mycompany.myapp.impl

Is it normal that impl is still in Export-Package?
