The example application does not deal with this issue.
This is how many "typical desktop applications" work. Think about how
Firefox or OpenOffice work. They do not spawn an exact copy of the
program each time you try to run them, they contact the already running
application and have it open a new window. That is the best way,
especially for OSGi, since you have the bundle cache issue.
