Hi Vegar,
Maybe you could take a look at the File Installer (from Peter Kriens),
which automatically
updates your bundles, on file date modification (that is: after a
recompilation).
The file installer is now available from the felix trunk (in fileinstall
directory), but I never tested it.

What is the best practices for these kinds of changes?
I tried using the obr command to start bundles. This is great since it
finds all depenedencies and installs them if possible, but it doesn't
seem to refresh bundles when I rebuild them.
