There is currently no Shell Service support for the Configuration Admin Service. My biggest issue at the time of implementing the Configuration Admin service was, that I had no clue of how to easily implemented configuration editing (honestly I still don't have a concrete clue ;-) ), which is why I added Configuration Admin support to the web console.
