Happy to report my app's on the air after a year of frustrating, (very
part-time; nearly no-time) struggling. These three days of vacation

I found and fix the issue. But the issue was for Metatype and
RemoteConsole (not for FileInstall ?). The bundles were deployed
without the prefixURL argument. So the generated URLs were using a bad
prefix.
The repository will be synchronized soon. However you can use
http://people.apache.org/~clement/felix-obr/releases.xml. It is
exactly the same one (synchronisation source). I just use it to avoid
waiting for sync when I modify it.

The correct URL is

So, I guess for a bad prefix url.
I'll fix it as soon as I have a better connectivity.
